Financing was straight forward no gimmicks (Sorry I don't remember her name but she runs the show and does a great job ) ) and walked away with a great bike. Karson in sales was a no hassle great salesmen, the owner was around and aware but had prices set to honest expectable price points. Out of all the large financial purchases I made thoughout the years this was by far in the top 2. I came back a few days later, all the documents were ready to go with finance and I signed my documents and was out the door with an amazing bike parked out front in less then an hour. I secured my down payment with the shop since they were very transparent on the risk of sign and drive policies. Pleasantly to my surprise they found financing that lowered my APR a bit so I got an even lower down payment and monthly payment then anticipated. I checked out the bike, already had a good idea of my credit and down payment I planned to use.
Saturday morning, I was at the door when they opened. Late on a Friday night I noticed the site had been updated and a gangster deluxe was onsite. There were a few extra's but not to my liking but they did have the site very accurate and I did gain a lot of keen insight from the sales team. It's not only Ben though it's all the staff from Steph, Lanelle (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) the Techs and everyone there go out there way to give GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Led lights, grips, trim, tire, Big Sucker air filter and a service all at a great price done by the best Techs around. Believe me as many times as I called and stopped by to decide what I wanted done this service, Ben always took time to help me out. He's very knowledgeable about all things motorcycle and goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. The first was when I purchased my 2015 Roadking everything went GREAT!!!!
